The redevelopment and expansion project of the property complex at Via Foro Buonaparte 60 in Milan strikes a perfect balance between the charm of historic architecture and the needs of modern comfort and functionality.

Tacca Glass contributed to the project by providing custom-made glass installations throughout various areas of the building, with the goal of preserving its architectural heritage while enhancing performance and spatial quality.

The works included:

• Continuous glass façade on the second-floor terrace
• Glass doors and fixed frames in the inner courtyard at ground level
• Full-height bow window enclosures on the courtyard balconies

The interventions on the façade, terraces, and inner courtyard breathed new life into the building, combining elegance, efficiency, and respect for the historical context through bespoke glass solutions that seamlessly blend tradition and modernity.
